Performance coaching is the creation of individualized plans focusing on holistic approaches to improving high-performance. While the definition of high-performance is different for everyone, the approach is the same from elite athletes to weekend warriors to people looking to improve their day-to-day lives.

First and foremost, you should be comfortable with your coach. We work with each of our clients to make sure they feel like we are on the same team. We want to guide our clients through the coaching process and give them the tools necessary to maintain the positive changes they have made throughout each coaching session. Your coach should include you in the process and make sure they understand what you are asking for, or help guide you to find what you need if you’re not sure.

This is different for every client. Some of our clients reached out because they had been experiencing the harsh impacts of burnout, while others noticed that they had lost a little spark in their daily lives.
